Our team is not just a group of professionals; we are a community of passionate, empathetic, and experienced individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we support.
Cody Stonehouse (He/Him)
Founder / Support Worker – Berwick
Hi all, my name is Cody, and I am a 29-year-old support worker with over five years of experience in the field. I am a compassionate, empathetic, and reliable individual with a bubbly and happy-go-lucky personality.
Outside of work, I stay active by going to the gym, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, playing beach volleyball, and travelling. In addition, I am a dedicated volunteer for the Beyond Blue Foundation.
Many of my clients view me as an “older brother” role model due to our shared interests in sci-fi/fantasy (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel, etc.), recreational activities and gaming (PS5, Xbox, PC, board & card games).
While providing support, I embrace the person-centred approach so my clients have choice and control in their lives. This fosters a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, valued and respected during our sessions.
Focusing on my experience, I have supported/support individuals who live with ADHD, autism, intellectual disability, hearing impairment, mental health conditions (anxiety & depression), epilepsy, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and stoma care.
Hopefully, I will hear from you soon!

Heather Smith (She/her)
Support Worker – Somerville
Hello everyone, my name is Heather, and I am a mature woman who is young at heart. I have a lifetime of experience in the disability sector due to my personal and professional life. I am an easy-going and reliable individual who demonstrates compassion, empathy, and honesty.
Focusing on my personal life, I am a loving mother of two beautiful children – they are my world. I cherish my time with my children and understand the personal struggles that parents and caregivers can face. As such, I am extending my arms and love to support those in need.
As a mother, I have an enriched understanding that patience is a virtue and that everyone is different in their own little way. I embrace the person-centred aprroach so my clients can have a more memorable experience with me and, ultimately, have choice and control in their lives.
Drawing back to my experience, I have an intermediate family member who lives with Schizophrenia. In addition, I recently spent 2 years working with a gorgeous individual who lives with Cerebral Palsy. The two individuals I have/had in my life have shaped me into the professional support worker I am today, enabling me to be competent in my role.
I cannot wait to hear from you.
